These Terms and Conditions of Website Use (hereinafter — the “Terms”) govern the use of the website “etravel.ge” (hereinafter — the “Website”), owned by Individual Entrepreneur ELFI (Tax Identification Number: 01011077171, Tbilisi, Georgia) (hereinafter — the “Operator”, “Company”, “Agency”), operating under the commercial name (brand) eTravel.

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them. If the User does not agree with these Terms in whole or in part, the User must cease using the Website.

2. USER LEGAL CAPACITY

2.1. The User confirms that they:

  • possess full legal capacity;
  • have reached the legal age required to enter into agreements under applicable law;
  • provide accurate and truthful information.

2.2. The User bears full responsibility for any actions performed using their account credentials, contact information, or payment instruments.

3. WEBSITE USE

3.1. The User agrees to use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes.

3.2. The User is prohibited from:

  • violating the laws of Georgia or other countries;
  • posting false information;
  • interfering with the operation of the Website;

  • violation of applicable laws;

5. AIR TICKETS AND TOURISM SERVICES

5.1. Air transportation rules are governed by:

6.2. Certain fares may be:

  • non-refundable;

15.2. These Terms are originally drafted in Russian. In the event of translation into other languages, priority may be given to the version designated by the Company as the governing version.

15.3. Use of the Website constitutes the User’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
