By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and agree to comply with them. If the User does not agree with these Terms in whole or in part, the User must cease using the Website.<\/span><\/p>

      • international regulations and rules applicable to tourism services and air transportation;<\/span><\/li>

        2. USER LEGAL CAPACITY<\/b><\/h2>

        2.1. The User confirms that they:<\/span><\/p>

        • possess full legal capacity;<\/span><\/li>
        • have reached the legal age required to enter into agreements under applicable law;<\/span><\/li>
        • provide accurate and truthful information.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          2.2. The User bears full responsibility for any actions performed using their account credentials, contact information, or payment instruments.<\/span><\/p>

          3. WEBSITE USE<\/b><\/h2>

              4.3. Errors made by the User during data entry may result in:<\/span><\/p>

              • cancellation of booking;<\/span><\/li>
              • denial of transportation;<\/span><\/li>
              • additional expenses;<\/span><\/li>
              • inability to receive a refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                        5.4. Tourism services may be provided by third parties, for whose actions the Company bears responsibility only within the limits established by Georgian legislation.<\/span><\/p>

                        6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS<\/b><\/h2>

                        6.1. Refund and exchange conditions are determined by:<\/span><\/p>

                        • airline fare rules;<\/span><\/li>
                        • service provider policies;<\/span><\/li>
                        • conditions of the specific booking.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                          6.2. Certain fares may be:<\/span><\/p>

                          • non-refundable;<\/span><\/li>
